    It didn’t even last me a year. It lasted about 9 months. I was careful, kept it put away. I apparently never registered the warranty so I’m just out of luck

    SMH laptop is okay when I'm on it for a few hours the bottom of the laptop gets extremely hot I will not buy this again

    Computer died and needed something for work. While does basics, wouldnt recommend for any video conferences as the qualify is very poor.

    locks up often. Easily gets notifications for false issues, cannot get hooked up to printers. Speed is ok, graphics are acceptable.

    Had less than a .onth and the screen is already going out on it and best buy only has a 14 day return policy, so now ive got to take it in ,have them check it out and pay them to fix a faulty product!!!
