It’s an amazing laptop but mine has like a loose key that I forgot to check before the days were up but doesn’t give me problems like you just hear it inside the laptop and a little slow cuz it’s windows :3

This laptop was purchased as a gift for a love one. Gift receiver was excited before the box was open but once opened, face lit up because it was an so unexpected. Appreciative hugs were exchanged as well as expressions of gratitude. This laptop will be used for school and home. The laptop was much needed an it is personal. The person doesn't need to borrow anyone else computer because now they have their own. Also, no more trips to the library to use the computer.

Love ❤️ it and it is smaller to take around I use this for a medical scanner and the white is nice

This was a needed purchase as my old laptop had crumbled. I like the lightweight design and color. I also like the feel of the keyboard and that it came with free word subscription. However, the processor is slow at times and I'd rather have another search engine other than ms edge.

It is efficient for basic computer needs, I guess knowing the true definition behind storage space would have helped with choosing the laptop. I'm unable to download a lot of programs because most require 8GB of memory and this one is only 4. But for the basics(Microsoft Suite and internet functionality), I am satisfied.

Much better than my double the cost desktop from a year ago.

Powerful computer with a sleek design. Ease of use is fantastic. Designed with the everyday consumer in mind while also adhering to special occupations such as students, business men and women, and even teachers. Wonderful product and would recommend to ANYONE looking for a great device!

I wasn’t too happy with this laptop. Had very little storage and would always over heat and freeze.

Lightweight and easy to function!! Battery is great!

It works very well. I got it for school work and i was able to do everything i needed. Not as much storage as i expected, but works great. Holds good charge.

I bought this laptop as an additional laptop to my VA business. I absolutely love it! Fits perfectly in my work bag! I try not to use the hard drive space, to keep it from lagging, so I use my external hard drive for all files, documents, etc. also went in and uninstalled apps that I knew I wouldn't utilize that would help free up more space. It's great for the price!

This small computer is great. Love the the size and the color. This is the perfect computer for around the house. I would purchase it again.

It’s not perfect, but for the price, it’s nearly the best it could possibly be. After someone broke into our rental car, me, my sister, and her bf’s Apple MacBooks were all stolen. Yep, all 3 of them. Unable to afford to replace my Mac but needing a new computer ASAP for an online assignment due the next day, I bought this at Best Buy. Since my fingers were adjusted to the Mac keyboard, I struggled a bit with the HP keyboard. The upper right section has a bunch of buttons packed really close together and for the first week, I kept accidentally pressing the wrong buttons somehow highlighting and deleting entire sentences instantaneously (fortunately, I learned this could be undone by pressing ctrl + z). Then, there was the day with the general highlighting and copy and paste issue. I don’t know, but one day the keyboard alternated highlighting methods even though I selected a permanent one in the settings. This was annoying because I didn’t know whether clicking would set or lose my highlighted sections. That same day, the keyboard shortcuts for copy and paste didn’t work. Fortunately, I’ve only had these issues for one day in the past month that I’ve had this computer. Now for the pluses. First, this thing can handle A Lot without overheating. On my Mac, if I had 2 different browsers open with 10 tabs each and 2 open google docs in each of those browsers, it would overheat and start freaking out. I’ve have more open on this HP and to this day… it still hasn’t overheated nor freaked out once (although, my Mac probably had a lot more downloaded crap on it since I had it for nearly 5 years). Still, I was impressed. Back when I was a preteen, my dad bought me a $200 Dell and it would overheat so easily. I told myself I’d never get a Cheapo laptop as an adult, but this one (aside from the keyboard malfunction) has actually impressed me. Ultimately, while the keyboard could be better, I give this 5 stars because it’s done a lot better than I expected and I’ve decided not to replace it until it dies. Although I intended for it to be temporary, I like it enough that I’m content with it until the end. I also know that if HP somehow made this better for the same price, they’d probably have to cut corners somewhere (likely meaning the heightened exploitation of someone in an underdeveloped country). No thanks, I’m grateful for its current, 95% perfect functionality.

Very nice computer, bought for my 76 year old Mom. She loves it it does everything she needs today without any trouble. The color is super cute

The size and color is what caught my attention, the dependability and multipurpose is what keeps it!! Worth the price!

I love this laptop! I'm not very tech savvy but this was very easy to set up and is extremely easy to use. It's a great value for the price!

Battery life is a bit low doesn’t really last long but overall the picture quality and speed is good

We purchased this laptop for our Middle schooler to use for school. We loved it so much that we ended up buying another one for our other child . We homeschool and needed devices, that they can use independently during the day. The set up was very smooth, they're both very satisfied with the ease of use of the devices. I use the parental controls that Microsoft offers and can have peace of mind as to what they have access to when online! Would buy it again!

I bought this laptop to do tasks that can’t be done on my phone. It’s design is sleek and very lightweight. I bought it during a recent trip to NYC. It’s already served me well, and the price was amazing.
