Good value for purchase price. Good performance...once the problematic set up could be completed for the intended recipient of this gift >> not a good impression of hp or microsoft. User was not happy about being forced to open yet another account (i.e., Microsoft) in order to set up/use the laptop. Felt that should have been optional.

It can be slow depending on what you are using it for. Its a good computer for basic needs. Youtube, internet searches, amazon music, etc.

I didn’t give it an excellent because unfortunately it did t have the CD port that I thought it would. It is good for my work needs though and emailing and creating and storing forms and documents and I love the color because it’s clean and I’m girly and this is perfect.

Works for what i need and easy for carrying around

OK for a basic home laptop. It's not the fastest, most up-to-date system but I knew that going in. From paying bills to streaming movies, it has worked fine for me so far.

Perfect light weight laptop for my freshman in college. This was the 3rd one we bought bc the first one fell off her loft bed and shattered, 2nd was stolen, and now we are buying this one. She didn’t want anything bigger or fancier. With everything saved in google and uploaded to her school site there was no reason for more. She likes it and is completely comfortable using it so we will stick with it.

This laptop is perfect for what I need. It's simple easy to use and will complete my education as a doula efficiently over the next year. I bought geek squad warranty to go with it so I have no worries! I always buy at Best buy they have the greatest sales on the best products! I bought this as an open box and there is nothing wrong with it with a great discount!

Great affordable laptop a little slow but for the price it’s great

I bought this simple laptop to use with my craft projects. The keys seem a bit bigger than normal, and overall, it is pretty lightweight. While it's not a powerhouse, it is just right for my needs.

I just needed a smaller laptop for school that was affordable. Only downside is it’s a little slower, but you cannot beat the price! Especially for an HP!

It’s great for what I need. School related things. I do have some games I play it runs pretty smoothly. It is a Microsoft so it recommends you to stay on their own browser. If not it will lag bad. But it’s fast if you stay using Microsoft browser.it dosnt overheat. Very quiet this is great for my school taking test n stuff. Not for gaming.
