Works great and the speed is good light weight and easy to take around and stays charged up

It works smoothly and it's handy and easy to use. I like the versatility of such features as the Copilot and the overall performance of this computer. I'm glad I purchased it and would definitely recommend it.

Great product. Looks good and it does well for my basic internet activities. I was also able to install and run seamlessly simple software programming applications. I bought it because I didn't want to risk my MacBook by installing 3rd party applications. The office subscription really gives this product better value than the other alternatives... I would only recommend basic internet activities since the processor is not good enough to handle hefty tasks. But since I knew that no disappointment there...

Does the job. No bells and whistles but if all you’re looking for is some low-intensive writing/browsing, it’s pretty solid.

The 4GB of memory aren't really enough for basic use. Be mindful of that. In certain cases you will have to uninstall a lot of the apps to allow the computer to move faster.

The computer runs great. The size of the screen makes it easy to see and read things, plus the keyboard is huge as well. It's a great computer for college courses.

I accidentally cracked my laptop which was an HP Laptop as well. I was nervous about purchasing this one because I was so familiar with the old one. First of all, the rose gold color is a really nice touch and adds a premium look and feel to the device. I also purchased the matching mouse, which completes the look. One of the most important features of the laptop is its battery life, I've found that the power source lasts much longer than my old laptop and the speed of it is awesome. This is definitely a significant improvement and makes the laptop much more convenient to use on the go.

The laptop is amazing but it does slow down from time to time, I only use it for my college classes so it’s a perfect laptop for that.

Needed a laptop for my son to use for school. Always have great experience with HP and this was no different.

Excellent value for money. Bought this for a student who uses Google docs and the internet for research. The laptop does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Overall I really like it. It does it’s job for internet use. But if you want it for more I would get something a bit more high end. It can run slow. But, still very pleased with my purchase, as internet browsing is all I need it for!

Quality products long term battery storage is to carry

Very beautiful laptop. The only reason it was returned was because my wife needed something to edit her pictures. Other than that it’s a good starter laptop!

This compact device has met all my needs. I have and will continue recommending it to others. I did have a little trouble setting it up but tech support was able to guide me through it. I am not the most tech savvy person but your support team made me feel more comfortable.

This laptop is great for just basic use like browsing the web. I use it strictly for my design files and have had no issue with storage

I use it strictly for work on a hotspot. The computer is sort of slow but it is good for work. I would be annoyed if i was using it as my everyday computer. But overall no major complaints. It is great for the price it is sold at.

I couldn't be more pleased with this laptop. It is super lightweight, great memory capacity and the screen quality is excellent. I would definitely buy this one again and again.
