I love this laptop. I just needed s laptop for day to day inventory list. Using ms suite. I was offered s lot of support from beat buy on ms office profucts. This is great for students and professionals for day to day stuff.

Reviews were great so I purchased this. Had it for 2 weeks. Used it once to set up and second time I used it for school work. The second use I had the web open with 3 tabs and Microsoft word and it glitched several times and froze. Turned it off for the night and next day tried it and it would freeze trying to open the web and word. Went in to exchange for it and waiting for it to arrive. The geek squad had to help reset the old one because it was frozen and said that I was doing to much at one time for this laptop(a web browser and word i don’t think is much) and that even if i do what it can handle that with these ones that in 5 months it’ll likely give out and I’d have to buy a new one. I hoping with the new one that comes in I can make use of it.

Bought this for my 11 year old, for homework, entertainment, and light gaming.

Its a great laptop for being inexpensive! I bought two for my children for Christmas!, my children absolutely love it! I will purchase again, in the near future! Everyone at Best Buy, are so helpful and nice!

Works good for price slow some times but overall happy

The computer started off fine but now it’s moving slow and I haven’t had it long.

Pretty slow at basic applications wouldn’t recommend if ur doing anything but typing or printing out stuff schoolwork etc the screen is nice and the battery last pretty long but not much power at all

Great for kids zoom, resume, get 6 months to a yr free with Microsoft Excel and more.

We needed a laptop for our telescope. Did some research, and saw this computer that had everything we need, to run out photo stacking ect. Killer price point. Nice size, and looks great.
