VERY SLOW! Picked at noon. Updating took 2 hours. Then new update would not install. Laptop took 90 seconds to open browser. Too bad looked ok. Keyboard though is not as nice as others Len.. in that price range. Returned at 5:30.

For the price, this laptop is perfect for general workload & computing. Battery life is what you’d expect for its size & hardware, at sub $200 you won’t find a better .

Great computer for the price. Purchased for a business computer and couldn’t be happier with it overall value and price has been nothing less then perfect! The business will continue to use Best Buy for future purchases as quality and value is there!

It is nice for traveling and as a second laptop. They small keyboade is difficult for me to use. Keys close together

Good computer for being so small. It accomplishes everything I need to use it for- web browsing, streaming, and writing. Good speaker. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because sometimes the time and date don't sync and I have to do it manually.

Bought this cutie for my daughter who will be entering high school next school year. She love it and so far no issues. I always love HP since college days. Keyboards, startup and charging are working great. This one is perfect for teenagers.

I’ve had this laptop for a couple of weeks now and so far it’s been great. You could leave the laptop unchanged for days and it would still have a decent battery percentage. The performance could be better, but you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a cheap laptop for school, I would recommend this one.

This by far one of the best purchases I've made at Best buy. It really works better than I expected. I will definitely recommend this for students and for home use.

I love this computer! Blue is my favorite. It's lightweight and portable. It is designed well, however there are some instances as to when it runs slow when there is more than one tab open. I use it only for my schoolwork, and when I have to use the webcam, it lags. Overall I like my little laptop and it gets the job done!

Well you get what you pay for, just for basic use nothing much more

I needed this laptop to do some tuning and data logging for my car. A very low spec requirement. It performed great for what I need it to do. This isn't a powerful laptop by any means but it's fine for basic tasks where you're only doing 1 thing at a time.
