The size is just right. Easy to use and good speed.

I have had no issues since getting this laptop. I mostly just do email and facebook and printing stuff out so this laptop was just right for me. I didnt need anything fancy and thus is perfect. So far so good!

I got this laptop earlier this year for personal and work use; and I’ll tell you that it’s been a life saver. It works very well, it’s battery life last for long times, and the speed doesn’t slow down very often. However one thing that does happen a lot is that the network driver disappears or cuts off a lot. Now it’s missing, and I factory reset it, however, that didn’t seem to reset the network driver as I can’t get any wifi connection on the set up screen. I now want to redeem my one year warranty to both get that, and a cracked Frame fixed. I want to know how I can get that warranty without being able to long into my loptop as I cannot atm

I bought this laptop cause I’m taking online classes and needed a windows based computer. So far it’s pretty good. Run’s great and pretty fast. Price wasn’t that bad either.

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter's birthday. So far she's been really happy with it. Doesn't lag and the battery last a decent about of time. For the money and who's using it I'm pretty happy.

It’s good for the price you pay. You’ll get the most out of it if you take it out of S mode. Unfortunately you can’t go back once you’re out of it but for a laptop under $250, you can’t go wrong.

I like this computer it all that I needed it super fast

The computer was good with Microsoft 365. The problem is that there is little else that it can hold. It may be what is needed. i didn't realize that Microsoft took that much memory

I don't use this laptop for much simply because you can't do a lot with it. If you want something to play games on, the best you can do with this is play Minecraft but that's it. I use this for browsing the internet and writing fanfiction, it's now been a little over a year of me having it and it lags SO much. Sometimes I can't even log in because I can't get past the Lock Screen.

Best laptops my kids use these for school. Haven’t had any problems with these.

Best products in town, unfortunately more customer service needed more personnel in floor. 1/2 laptops and printer every year. I expect better customer service

Still working as of April 25 2024 bought it for my wife as a replacement for her old out of date one that was also purchased at Best Buy! They have great products

This HP Laptop is decent overall. The laptop is good with the fact that its a PC. Its better than a Chromebook in my opinion because its more options due to it running a Microsoft OS. Just kind of sluggish and sometimes you have to press the power button a few times for it to cut on. Overall its a decent computer if you need something quick and for a reasonable price. I got it on sale for $170 for my lady so its pretty good for what she needs it for. If you want something more quality, most def gone head and spend a little more to get the best quality. But like I said overall its cool for the price.
