This laptop is very easy to use set up was done in under 5 minutes . I love to shop only at Best Buy for all appliances and electronics. Great customer service always .

Great bang for the buck

Nice but slow

Terrible Laptop, Reconsider

Come to find out, this thing can’t even handle basic tasks like opening the settings app, browsing google and much less doing Word / PowerPoint docs. I knew that it only had 4GB of RAM when purchasing but it’s crazy that I can’t even connect to the WiFi. Safe to say I will be returning this after 2 days of ownership and spending an extra 100 bucks to get something more powerful.
