It's a great laptop for my daughter to do her online school, but the free virus they provided didn't work on the computer.

Bought for kids to suppor their only courses. Specs seems low but runs Chrome OS smoothly and definitely enough for homework browsing and text editing. Quality is OK, you can't expect too much given the price. If you need better specs or quality maybe go to Lenovo or something. Really pretty exterior with the Rose Gold finish, kids liked it a lot.

I bought this laptop for my son to use for his online class. It came with a one year subscription of Microsoft 365, and update to Windows 11. It is well worth the price.

So far this is the best laptop I ever used. Big, simple and easy to use. I like having a PIN instead of a password. You become very comfortable using it very quickly and like a pair of jeans, you never want to use anything else there after. It's great for work, entertainment or for personal use. My only complaint is that the charger is a bit smaller than most and the battery drains a bit faster than my last laptop but overall better than most.

This was a really awesome lap top easy to use and I recommend it 100%

Great little laptop, especially for someone who is accustomed to Windows. Nice size and the color and video are very sharp and clear.

Love this laptop! It is perfect for my needs, but obviously if you're looking for something to watch movies on buy a TV. I've had no problems with lagging on this device with multiple windows open, another computer connected to my network, and TV's streaming at the same time.

I bought it for my dad it isn't a high quality labtop but works fine for casual use .. not for a college student or conducting business

My daughter's loves her new HP laptop i purchased for her for school (birthday gift). Its easy to use & it came with a trial subscription for Windows 365 and anti virus protection although I purchased both from Geek Squad which was $50 off. That worked better for me because it covered items that I already had. I always go to Best Buy Buy for my electronics because tgey have awesome deals and great service.

Great starter computer for high school students. If you decide to add more ram and sdd, this computer will be great for gaming.

This laptop was very affordable and lightweight. Perfect to do just about everything!

I bought this computer for my daughter or she bought her own laptop and she has not had any problems and this is much cheaper than my $600 laptop which get super hot when charging it or when I'm using it. I am going to stick with HP products I'm not saying all of their products are good but most of their laptops and desktop computers are all right with me and I will stick with HP next time

Have to my uncle for his Christmas gift and he loved it! It works so well with his basic needs, Microsoft word, etc. would definitely recommend this to anyone. It does the work!
