Ordered and it arrived the next day. Set-up was easy and I was up and running in about 15 minutes. It’s a nice little computer and fast with very little lag, I love the rose gold too. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I should have waited a week to order now it’s on sale .

This is a good basic computer. It is great for a young school student.

My first new laptop in 15 years. It ran pretty well till my grown daughter spilled a drink on it. Not water resistant at all. Battery is internal. So, it takes too long to take apart and disconnect the battery. It only has one combination input and output jack. I would prefer separate jacks Each time I used it, I had to select the output device (headphones) to run the sound to an external amplifier. While calling, I was running Square View program on it to play my Square Dance music from the laptop. It ran well. The small SS drive is still big enough for my music. Plus, being able to use a SD card and/or flash drive are good if needed. It's past the 60 days to buy the protection plan that a salesman didn't even try to mention and sell me.

Light, works great, love that it came with a secure program and windows free for a year, a great deal!

Does a good laptop for a student going to school and it doesn't have that much memory so if the kid is planning to download games not meant for that. But this last time is much better than a Chromebook Chromebook is just not that useful

For the price, im happy. I'm not using it to play games or need something super fast, just a simple laptop for my daughter to watch her videos and teach her about dinosaurs and planets, her main interests.

Bought fur my 70 year old dad. Works fine for him. The set up was easy. If you’re not look into do anything crazy, it’s perfect. You probably could do a lot more with it, but it’s a very simple starter laptop.

I love the fact that they didn't had the color I wanted online, but I was able to bring it to the store and they ordered it from another location and within days I got the one I wanted. The laptop is beautiful. Easy to install and I highly recommend it. The price is great. So happy with this purchase.

Nice little basic computer. I wanted a small, lightweight computer without a lot of frills and this was it. Sound and screen clarity is decent. On the downside. Computer comes with Windows 10-S Mode which prevents you from putting on any non-Microsoft apps. It was impossible to set up a remote printer or any other program you may want. I called the HP help-line and they advised me that they had lots of complaints and recommended removing the S-mode and assisted with its removal. Also, for some reason, when typing it sometimes skips to another part of the document or makes text disappear. Very frustrating to have to adjust the cursor or lose everything. All in all it is fine for my purposes and the price was right.

I purchased this computer because I wanted something larger with more more memory and storage capacity.

Good little laptop for simple things. Haven't tried mutlitasking
