The most unreliable laptop

My first laptop, all GOOD!

I'm learning my way ( again) around Windows 10, and trying to learn Word. Got a wireless mouse which helps. Everything works, I'm happy! ( note, an IT buddy of mine recommended this as a good cheap laptop, for someone on a budget)

Laptop okay for now

It is quite different than what I had before. Have to do the best I can on kind of laptop I got. This laptop does not have iMessage like my old laptop had !!

This laptop exceeded my expectations for the very low price of under $250. An issue with completely losing everything wifi 5 times so far is maddening but can be a Microsoft or Windows issue. I don't know, but a restart is more often than not a useless attempt at resolving the problem.
