The best price for window 11 laptop, my son like a lot

This was a great price. It has all the features that my son wanted. The touchscreen feature was the most attractive option for me.

Very nice budget laptop, made a great Christmas gift! Caught it on sale less than $200 bucks, brand new too, hard to beat value for the money!

BOUGHT THIS AS A GIFT FOR MY NEPHEW. PERFECT FOR KIDS BELOW 10 YEARS OLD. THE LAPTOP PERFORMS AS EXPECTED AND TO THIS DATE WORKING FINE.

This LP is great for simple use apps not requiring heavy RAM memory use. It's a little slow but must say perfect for basic home use. One word of caution, if you need HP support, don't count on it ... I contacted HP and what a nightmare. Had to escalate to HP corporate.

Very portable and light-weight. I haven't had much time to play with all the settings on it, but I'm sure it will meet all my needs.

I love indigo blue, the color looks amazing. The laptop was good for daily usage.

I purchased the laptop online and picked it up from the store. After testing my new HP - 14" Laptop - Intel Celeron - 4GB Memory - 64GB eMMC - Snowflake White, everything works well and functions perfectly the way I excepted to. I got window 11 and only use it for little personal things to get my work done, and watching videos and etc.. It was worth it for the price I got for. I am very happy with my transaction and the item.

Good laptop for its price. Got a HP printer so it was super easy to link them together.

I needed a computer for work and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This HP laptop does the job very well. Yes, it's no speedster on the web, but that's not what I bought it for. I use it to write, make Word files, and watch the occasional YouTube video (and it works fine for that, even with only 4 gigs or memory). Highly recommended for an inexpensive, basic computer for adults' children and students.

I purchased this laptop as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I just talked with her to check and see if it was working well for her. She loves it. Thanks so much Best Buy for providing great customer service and quality products that customers can feel confident in purchasing and giving as gifts.

Runs smoothly, however if you’re looking for something with more storage this might not be the fit for you! Great for its price!

The laptop is okay for basic needs but often slow/lag

Been a month since I purchased and so far I haven’t experienced any problems. Worth the money and useful for students especially.

As of now I have not had any problems with this laptop. The speed, battery and display are fabulous. I have no complaints.

I purchased a laptop for my son for Christmas through Best Buy online. It was a very easy and simple process. I paid for the laptop and received an email notification when it was ready about an hour later. I drove to the store and parked in my spot. I informed the store I was there via text and shortly after, an associate was at my vehicle with my purchase. It was a great experience that saved me a ton of time.

Good product for price. Used for school work/email. Worth it for the price

Bought this HP because it was a good value for the money. It’s not a workhorse and doesn’t have all the bells and whistles. But, for the price point it made the purchase worthwhile. I got this to replace a big all in one desktop that I had for years and finally passed its usefulness. If all you want to do is surf and email this is a good buy. I would buy again if I needed a PC for that purpose. Also what led me to purchase is a few sites I need to access are not completely compatible with the IOS platform.

I love my laptop, not too big and not too small. Easy to travel with it.
