Affordable and Functional
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP 14” Intel Celeron 4GB laptop strikes a balance between affordability and functionality, making it a suitable choice for everyday computing tasks. Powered by an Intel Celeron processor and 4GB of RAM, this laptop delivers adequate performance for web browsing and light multitasking. While it may struggle with demanding applications or intensive multitasking, it handles everyday tasks smoothly. With its sleek and lightweight design, the HP 14” laptop is portable and easy to carry around. The 14-inch display offers decent viewing angles and clarity, although it may not be the brightest or most vibrant panel on the market. Equipped with essential ports including USB-A, USB-C, HDMI, and an SD card reader, this laptop offers decent connectivity options for external devices and peripherals. However, it lacks modern features such as Thunderbolt support. The battery life of the HP 14” laptop is respectable, offering enough juice to last through a typical workday with moderate usage. However, heavy multitasking or multimedia consumption may drain the battery more quickly. Overall, the HP 14” Intel Celeron 4GB laptop offers good value for budget-conscious consumers seeking a reliable and functional computing device for everyday use. While it may not boast high-end specs or premium features, it fulfills its intended purpose admirably.

Just alright. Gets the work done
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s an alright laptop. The screen is quite small and takes a lot of getting used to, had to buy a bigger monitor to effectively work on it but it’s sooo convenient for traveling and taking to college because it’s light and gets the work done. I gave a 3 ⭐️ because its quite slow Ava I only use it for college assignments and no extra stuff which is infuriating. So I have to keep less tabs open which seems to help.

Small, Fast, & Easy to Use
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this little computer. It's exactly what I need for working in the living room while I watch a movie or for traveling. So lightweight. I've had it for almost 9 months, and it still has fast processing. There's enough storage for my word processor files and pictures. I wouldn't make it my main computer because of limited storage, but it's enough for my purposes. The CAPS key is getting sticky now, but that's not a big deal. I can bring it to Best Buy if I need it looked at. The tech support squad helped me to set up the computer with Microsoft 365 when I bought it.

It's good
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cheap, easy to use and long lasting. I broke my old laptop a couple of years ago and needed a new one for work, the plan was to get a cheap one in emergency and replace it later. A couple years later and I still haven’t brought a new one.

It’s fast, lightweight, and perfect for both work and entertainment. The battery life lasts me most of the day, and the screen quality is crisp and clear. Meets Expectations
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I work from home 1-2 days per week and use this notebook to remote into my office computer. It's perfectly sufficient for that purpose, and after four months I have no regrets. This machine isn't a workhorse; I didn't expect it to be. But if you're looking for a cheap, lightweight laptop to handle simple tasks (like word processing or remoting in to your office network), you will be happy with this little guy.

Best value for basic browsing or Citrix Workspace
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This laptop is perfect for all the minimal tasks you can think of. I'm talking web browsing, video watching, and article reading. It also works surprisingly well with Citrix workspace. It connects to my VM and let's me work from anywhere. This little $200 laptop runs Windows 11 (honestly it runs better than it should), uses very little power, and does exactly what I bought it for. It's lighter than most laptops too. Note: Do not buy for any kind of gaming or running anything beyond a word processor. Sure it might be able to run 2D games, but you'll just disappoint someone trying to play games on it. The screen is bright, but the viewing angle is really shallow. Not for multitasking. If you plan on running multiple things, I would upgrade the RAM to 8GB. It's a simple process and only costs about $17. It can be a little sluggish at times, but it runs much better than the value laptops of the past. This laptop has the same exact specs as most $300 laptops, and it's $100 cheaper.

Nice looking, but flawed.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop as an open-box purchase in excellent condition, and the first day that I used it, it ran extremely slow, not from an Internet connection problem. The next time I used it, everything kept ‘Not Responding’ and I had to shut it down, and by the time I got it to turn back on, the battery was dying. I charged it overnight, and the light was at full charge when I removed it to open it up, and the laptop wouldn’t even turn on, no matter how I pressed the button. I’m not sure if it’s just due to it being an open-box laptop despite it still being ‘brand new,’ or if that’s just how it runs even if you buy it fully brand new. Aside from that, the keys stick up more than most laptops and you have to have a very heavy press to your typing, otherwise you have to go back and fix errors from some of the letters not being typed. It’s a nice looking laptop, and I love the all white design, but not the quality that I would expect from HP. Also, there was no protection to the laptop or charger in the box for shipping. As far as Best Buy customer service, they’re great. They had no problem with me requesting to return it for a full refund, and even when I told them I had already thrown the box away they said I could repackage it in any box, and made it easy to send it back.

Good quality for the price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this HP on Black Friday, open box, excellent condition for $100. It has been a couple months, and I can't complain at all. I worked from home for two weeks and had no issues. I am going back to school, as well, and had a Mac for years that suddenly stopped working. I needed a quick, affordable solution, and this product gave me just that. It can be a little slow, and sometimes the mouse will stick for a few seconds, but that is to be expected for the price. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a laptop with a budget. Decent battery life, nice display, and the color is a plus, as I have always been a fan of rose gold electronics.

Laptop review of HP - 14" Laptop - Intel Celeron -
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Affordability Many shoppers like this laptop because it's very budget-friendly. Given its specs, it’s a pretty good value for very light tasks. Portability Light and easy to carry, making it great for students, travel, or basic use. Good battery life per user reviews: some mention long battery durations. Simple, Everyday Use Well-suited for web browsing, doing schoolwork in Google Docs / Microsoft 365, or light productivity. People also like that it's “easy to use” — not overly complicated. Design / Build The Indigo Blue color is a nice touch; users like that it's not just basic black or grey. Micro-edge bezel gives a decent screen-to-body ratio — more screen, less waste. Strive Dreams Upgrade Potential Some users say you can upgrade the RAM and SSD (if there's an M.2 slot) — though it’s not super easy

Pretty good, just delete the bloatware!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So for a long time I had an budget Asus 11-in laptop running Windows 10. I have sort of an unique usage for a laptop, I use it to stream music into my Hi-Fi system. The laptop doesn't need to be super powerful or anything to do so and the ASUS fit the bill quite well. Couple of weeks ago my trusty ASUS bit the dust when water got spilled on it so decided to get a new laptop. One of the few budget options out there seems to be the HP which is actually a little better than the ASUS in terms of speed. The one thing I would advise is as soon as you boot up the HP immediately and I mean immediately delete all the bloatware associated with Hewlett-Packard and even some of the unnecessary Microsoft software which seemingly comes pre-installed however is absolutely unnecessary, even for somebody who is buying the laptop for taking school notes or surfing the web or whatever, all of this pre-installed software is unnecessary and honestly just slows it down particularly the HP software. Also helpful to note that switching it out of s mode does help to speed it up, I know Microsoft likes to say that s mode is more streamlined and ultimately better performing for low power laptops but trust me for some reason taking it out of s mode speeds it up. So four stars out of five, works pretty good for my case and does a fairly decent job even a little bit better than my older ASUS.

It handles basic activities such as web browsing, word processing, email, and multimedia streaming with ease. The HD resolution provides sharp details, making it suitable for watching videos, viewing photos, and working on documents. The slim bezels surrounding the display maximize the screen-to-body ratio, providing an immersive viewing experience. Connectivity: The HP 14” Laptop offers a range of connectivity options, including multiple USB ports, HDMI output, and a headphone jack, allowing users to connect to external devices such as monitors, printers, and headphones. The inclusion of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support enables seamless wireless connectivity for internet access and peripheral devices. ||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My overall review of this product is that marketing is great the display is great small compact very easily totable easily accessible but the performance of it is a little overrated. The processing of the laptop is a little slow but it has great graphics the storage is not really much but it's suffices for small development programs

Decent but a Few Issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mostly a good standard value laptop. A little clunky in design -- the build feels cheap, but otherwise seems okay. One main problem is that it won't wake up from sleep properly. If I close the computer and then open it a while later, it won't turn back on, although the power light flashes like it's in sleep. I try to click on the mousepad/move the mouse around and nothing seems to wake it up. The only way I've found so far is to force power off the laptop and reboot, which of course closes everything I'm working on. This was an open box one, so maybe that's why, but it also has some issues with being slow when it first starts up. My favorite things are the size and weight. It's very light and portable which is perfect for me and I can almost fit it in my tote bag, which is even better. Sound quality seems fine and keyboard is well spaced.

Love it
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was afraid to purchase this laptop at first because of the majority of the reviews saying the laptop was extremely slow, but I was hoping mine was not. When I received it, it was extremely slow, I then took is out of S mode and it works extremely smoothly and great now, loads very quickly, runs applications great. I have an external hard drive so that I can add more storage so the 64gb isn’t an issue. So if your laptop is slow, go to settings and take it out of s mode it’ll work perfectly. Also it’s a perfect size not to big not too small would definitely recommend
