This is the perfect laptop for my business! It does everything i need it to and more

This is a great laptop. I highly recommend it for your simple needs.

My laptop is great. Really enjoying! My first HP and it does it all. I do just a few projects each week and this is the perfect laptop for small projects.

Unfortunately, this laptop did not meet my expectations. It was very slow from the start and often took a long time to power on. When connected to the internet, it could take over 30 minutes just to look something up. I had hoped to use it as a college laptop, but it wasn’t reliable for schoolwork. I would not recommend this model based on my experience.

I bought this laptop for my granddaughter as a beginners device. Very happy with it.

I find it to be a very good and lasting brand and I have no issues with the purchase. I will continue to make my purchases from Best Buy they are quick and efficient.

I have another one of these that I bought two years prior that works quickly with no issues, I don’t know what they changed on this new one, but it’s super slow and takes forever to load a page with constant error messages, probably due to all the 100 junk apps they include on it that you didn’t even ask for. Sad that we can’t even make our own choices in what we do with a laptop and what we have on it. Stay away from HP. Another laptop that I purchased right before this one just kept turning off on its own for no reason, also an HP.

Great laptop had for a year now definitely cost friendly but definitely is great for the price you can get work done and etc. runs smooth and have no issues

This does just what it was purchased for. No complaints. Runs fast and keeps my work flowing as needed

If I could give this computer a Zero I would. I has the worst experience with this computer. I turned it on, set it up, and the next day it began clitching with no avail to turn back on. Returned it the next day. But I alo bought nother one and that one kept reading website not available, wait or exit. Not a good computer. The processor is extremely slow.

I love hp so I purchase one for my granddaughter who's leaving for college soon. I just a good product and their customer servie is great.

Wish the keyboard was larger and had number keypad to the side but such is life

This computer was an upgrade for my daughter for school. It is much better than what she had before, with more storage and faster speed. She loves it!

all seems well with download but system did not down load Centurylink email account; will try set up a time for you to possibly check this

Works perfectly fine. Perfect for the price. I do mostly school work on it and have had no troubles at all. Fantastic! Not to mention the rose gold is pretty :)

My daughter absolutely adores this product!! The battery life so far is great! She uses it as a daily computer for her social media use.

I was worried that for a cheap laptop it was going to be slow or breakdown but it has been reliable and has worked with completing school work and homework. Very satisfied with purchase.
