Too slow

I wish it had not come with windows 11 maybe that's the culprit. These budget laptops can't catch up with latest software. Its unfortunate you can't get a budget laptop these days just for basic needs.

Doesn’t even work for surfing the web

I hesitated because it was so cheap, but the guy working there assured me if I was just going to be using the internet this would be fine. It really doesn’t even work for using the basic internet. Super buggy, constantly weird error messages and times out and each web page takes up to 30 seconds to load. I’m writing this review from my phone because I’m not even able to log on to the Best Buy site to write this review. At the beginning it was just slow, but it wasn’t until after the 2 weeks window that it basically had become useless. HP should be embarrassed to have their name on this.

Needed an affordable new one because I had accidentally cracked the screen of my spare laptop. So far working fine, all my docs transferred over on their own, and no issues. Hoping it lasts a couple of years !
