Not to heavy, not bulky. It’s great this was for a gift to our family friend notary. He loved it , fit perfectly into his brief bag he carry’s around. I have one myself and it’s quiet reliably. It’s not no thousand dollar laptop but it gets the job done.

Great computer, durable and lasted a good while. Actually still being used and I have had it over 2 years!

This laptop was a last minute purchase for use at a scheduled event when my current laptop failed. I took a chance because of the low, low price, and it has worked great! Easy to set up, easy to use. Very happy with my new laptop!

great laptop-exactly what I was looking for-perfect size

A bought this a few weeks ago and already it doesnt work. It crashes anytime I open an app. So upset and disappointed.

It’s a great laptop for school but I wish the laptop would load faster

When coming in the store I got help as soon as possible which was a great for my first time buying in Best Buy.My review over this computer is sufficiently great, it works good. Overall the internet is a bit slow but works great!

Great for value. Fastest computer for the best price

Bought this to use at work and its even slower than my parents HP Pavillon from 2011. Even for a budget/entry level laptop this thing is ridiculously slow. I also have a Dell latitude d610 (from 2005!) that out performs this in certain situations.

Very nice basic laptop , Great value for the price

Not sure if it was on Best Buy’s part or HP but less than a month after purchasing, the screen just completely went black, then it never turned on again. I took it to two places to get it fixed. The first said the motherboard was fried and the second said it would be $300 to replace the motherboard because there was corrosion. I refused to pay $300 to fix a $200 laptop so I ended up buying a new one from a different brand. Unfortunately Best Buy has a very short return period, so I’m stuck with this computer carcass.

Laptop exceeded expectations. Screen size was perfect.

I bought this for my parents to help them use the internet and store family photos. It was almost immediately extremely slow when loading up the browser, discouraging them from using it for its intended purpose. I visited them two weeks later and went to show them some things on it and it took probably 5 to 7 solid minutes of non exaggerated loading to just get to the home page of the browser, and then another few minutes to load my fathers gmail. I really wish I could return this laptop as it is very frustrating to use but I’m outside of the return policy. I know it’s cheap but I’m blown away that it’s this awful to use. Basically a paperweight that collects dust at my parents house.

The laptop is slow, I am attempting to use it for basic functions and even at that it does not properly work. I have had to restart several times in one study session when only using the internet.

This computer is good for my granddaughter. She likes it.
