I LIKE THE COLOR AND SIZE. THE FACT THAT IT HAS WINDOWS 11 IS AN UPGRADE FROM MY OLD ONE. IT WAS EASY TO SET UP AND TRANSFERED ALL OF HER CONTACTS, PICTURES, AND SO FORTH THROUGH GOOGLE ACCOUNT.

It comes with so much pre-installed bloatware. Would not recommend if you want to do things quickly. It's good for Microsoft Office/household management, but not much else.
