It comes with so much pre-installed bloatware. Would not recommend if you want to do things quickly. It's good for Microsoft Office/household management, but not much else.

His first lap top and he says it’s great with memory and once connected to the internet that it’s quite fast and good! I’m happy with my choice!

I've always liked HPs - I find them to be reliable, easy to set up and use. A good system. Should have gotten a touch screen, but it's really ok for her to suffer with only having a mousepad ;-).
