Usable, but not preferred

It was a very slow operating system, and the default system setting disallows any downloads outside of the windows store. Disabling the setting is a permanent setting. It wasn’t a terrible laptop, but was quickly returned for not being good enough. I wasn’t expecting a rocket ship, just a laptop that runs well.

Good for students and small business

I would recommend switching out of S mode because it limits what you can do. The 64gb storage is minimal but easily increased with a mini usb flash drive. The ram is also easily upgraded aswell, with an 8gb ram stick it ups the ram to 12gb My wife loved the color and it is working out great for her.
