Good computer, but slow

I should’ve gotten more gigabytes. But that’s really my only complaint and the reason why I returned it

I had such a pleasant experience at best buy in Downey that next time I'm looking for something electronic I'll go there. the service was impeccable. thumbs up from me.

You get whatt you pay for

Was purchased brand new and ended up just giving it to the kids since its already not efficient. I gave 2 stars because it is lightweight and has a nice design.

Easy to use and it comes with new AI technology. I have no complaints about the laptop. I use zoom, I download my documents and i havent had it freeze up or anything.

Bought an external CD/DVD drive to go with it and will likely get an external hard drive for non-Cloud storage.
