4gb HP laptop

Out of the box it ran updates for 15-20 minutes before I could use it, but outside of that wait time it initially seemed to work pretty good. Now as I add more documents or create a PowerPoint or two the laptop gets slower and slower. Web pages and software programs freeze up and take a long time to load- especially if I have both open at the same time. It’s a budget computer which is why I bought it, but I still expected better performance than what I’m getting. This isn’t my primary system - thankfully it’s work off a much better HP from my job, but I wanted this for writing and creating content in ms word, PowerPoint, and excel. I still can’t rate this system more than 3 stars. I wouldn’t buy again, would choose something else of I was doing it over.
