Best Buy Great Service

They really helped me because I am not computer competent. I just know how to turn it on. Then I called tech support and over the phone he helped me adjust some programing. So I would give the staff 5 stars. The computer itself well I may still bring it back. The mouse board thing doesn't always work and requires a heavy finger or thumb to make it click. Then there is all the pop ups, WOW that is all I can say. No computer I have ever owned has done this before. I just bought it to run a particular program that can not be erupted. There is a pop up once or twice a day! Very annoying as then I have to shut everything down and then set up the program again. The computer 1 1/2 star.

Laptop of choice

It’s a decent price and gets my job done when it comes to working from home. I’m able to take calls easily. I did end up buying laptop (same one just rose gold) mainly for work and I use this one for entertainment. No complaints besides it acts up when you’re using teams app or zoom when you’re in a meeting in those or charging screen and camera at same time. I also had work systems running so I may just had comp on overload running waaayyy to many things
