Its alright for simple things but has no memory and slow even in zoom meetings. So i just decided on a different one when i start school.

It gets the job done, but it’s quite slow. If you need something faster, probably avoid this laptop.

It is the chapest and value for money kind of product. I bought it for normal work for the school kids. Not for gaming and videos

I bought this laptop as a backup to do school while my ROG G14 is getting repaired. Come to find out, this thing can’t even handle basic tasks like opening the settings app, browsing google and much less doing Word / PowerPoint docs. I knew that it only had 4GB of RAM when purchasing but it’s crazy that I can’t even connect to the WiFi. Safe to say I will be returning this after 2 days of ownership and spending an extra 100 bucks to get something more powerful.

My computer other HP kept flashing a white background. I couldn't charge it. I called and reserved and paid it through the website. In 30 minutes, I had my new computer. Extremely grateful because I had to finish my homework.

Great purchase works good for school work. I use it for watching my sit coms and YouTube videos.

I bought the HP Stream (smaller screen) for myself last year and I love it. So, this year I purchased this particular HP with a larger screen as a Mother’s Day gift to my mom. I believe that from here on out I will only be buying HPs. I used to buy those $89 or $99 dollar laptops for Christmas and was never fully pleased with them.

Its ok rather slow and no light up keyboard. If your looking for the minimum it will do just fine.

Hi so I am currently enjoying my computer I am able to complete many tasks . This laptop is very easy to use set up was done in under 5 minutes . I love to shop only at Best Buy for all appliances and electronics. Great customer service always .

Last minute I was skeptical because this was a smaller version of what I had but when I say does the same thing the man even told me it’s a little slow but I don’t have that problem
