Good price quality balance. Pc is prety comes in different colors and is lighter tha other laptops i have had in the past.

Adequate for most daily tasks with no issues. I would recommend.

I enjoy the HP 14" laptop. It is compact and easy to travel with and does everything I need it to do. I even bought 1 for work. Very good and very inexpensive.

I cannot even believe a big company w tech would sell this. I was under the impression is was a minimal laptop when i purchased it( i just needed it to email my childs teacher. I started it up. I went to hit the internet so i could go to gmail.com to download the free 6m internet security …. Well thats where the problem began. It froze!!!! It took for me to put my washer load into the dryer and to redo the washer with blankets to open the internet! Then i typed gmail.com and i changed a diaper before that loaded!! I recommend using the in store tester before even attempting to purchase to save yourself the ride back. I wasnt expecting to move mountains but to open the default web browser without waiting 4/5 minutes was definitely a must.

Nice budget friendly laptop. This is a good laptop if you are just browsing the internet and using it for daily things or light work. Display is good sound is also good. No issues so far, hope it stays that way.

For the price, this is a great laptop. The speed is decent and it's nice and lightweight. My son does some gaming on it, but nothing too graphic, so it does the trick!

It works but it’s very slow. And always need to update all the time. I was being cheap when I bought it don’t be like me lol

Low priced hp laptop , it’s easy to set up and use. It is all we need, the tech at Best Buy was very helpful, he gave us his full attention. We’re happy !

This computer serves its purpose for what I need it for. It’s not super fancy and unfortunately super slow so if you need fast and fancy this isn’t for you. I think I’ve only used 5 times since I’ve had it.

Works great able to complete my classes online and watch movies. Also holds a good charge

Great price and great computer! Lightweight and since I travel and still work this computer does the job. I have no complaints and when at home I use it for a second screen to make my job easier.

Very Light, Easy to use, Keyboard has larger letters and I can customize my mouse to be larger, and just fits my needs.

Is it the best laptop no but for basic use interms of web surfing and/or documentation record keeping it does the job. Can take a fair amount of drops before problems begin to show. 7.5/10 when compared to a Razer Blade 14.

Great laptop! Though bought and gave as a gift to a family, have not received any complaint about it but good report!
