Ok for word processing and email. Keys stick but I hear this tends to get better with time? Processes slowly .

Very poorly made; it felt like something I made at home with my 3D printer not bought from Bestbuy or much less the manufacturer HP. It is cheap in price which is what you can expect in the quality; do not buy; save your money and purchase a little higher quality as this will not satisfy even just the Internet surfer.

this is good for people who can only use basic laptops. it couldnt even handle my typing speed; it would freeze the laptop up. if i had more than 5 tabs and 3 programs open it would also free. physically its a really pretty laptop and im really disappointed that it didnt meet my expectations but its a good fit for someone out there somewhere.

I purchased this computer strictly as a budget computer to update work orders in my shop. I needed a cheap machine that can get bumped around and get greasy instead of putting my Macbook pro through the abuse. The "cheap" feel to the construction doesn't bother me nor does the slow 4gb of ram. What really bothers me is that less than 2 months after purchasing it wouldn't power up. After troubleshooting with HP over the phone (which I have to add was a near-painless process) I had to ship it back to HP. They replaced the motherboard which was 100% covered under warranty. The problem was fixed but now I'm getting black screen flashes and a "device disconnected" sound effect occasionally which tells me there's either a loose connection inside the computer or another faulty part. I am extremely dissatisfied with HP. Hopefully others have better luck and maybe this was just a flub.

Laptop is beautiful but not worth the aggravation it causes. The price truly speaks to how it is. Screen will randomly shut off, will lock randomly. I have never had this problem ever with a computer.

Definitely not the best laptop, but it’s something to have if you need a laptop.

Not great. Slow. Apps close for no reason. Was open box. I should have moved on.

Needs more RAM and storage space. I bought this as a gift for a friend. They had to return it due to lack of storage. It looks really nice in white though!

I love my laptop. It had never given me a problem until now. 4 mths after my purchase. Now the screen goes in & out. It's never done that before

The product is slow and the audio is garbage. I got it for my father who is older and needed something simpler and it took ages to set up and even then it didnt work well.

I went to Best Buy on Monday and ordered for deliver by Wednesday. I turned the computer on and the sound from the speakers sounded like static. When I got to the next screen, the mouse sensor disappeared. After finally being able to get the mouse sensor back on the screen, I was unable to type anything to even log into my Microsoft Account. On top of that, the battery and plug were hot to touch after 15 minutes of being on. I placed it back in the box and will return it tomorrow. It sucks that I was unable to use the computer after it arrived two hours earlier.

My expectations went over the roof with my first laptop(this one). It’s really slow which sucks because I am attending online school. But overall at the end of the day it gets the job done.
