I bought three of these for my niece's and nephew. Two were faulty and the other one my oldest niece says it is working great.

I use this laptop for school. Its great for the assignments and programs I need it for. I do everything online. Its basic and cost effective.

very easy to set up and use! I’m glad that I purchased an HP laptop.

just needed it as a backup pc for downloads incase my main pc fails etc. i wasnt expecting much, no more than web surfing and downloading to usb drives...even then it struggles to the point its almost shocking how little performance it delivers...serves its purpose so 2 stars..although spending another 75 to 100 dollars will get you something so much better...i would recommend something with a processor almost 2x as strong as a minimum

You get what you pay for. This will only be good for school. But only paper/emails, struggles with video and zoom.

Niece purchase this for college. Laptop was in her price range. Set up was fast and easy. Screen size is great. Recently set up laptop not much to share until more use.

Y buy this laptop for a friend, who need basic learning, I’m proud on this, seeing her using the laptop is priceless!!

I only gave it a 4 star review because you automatically lose half of the storage between the OS and apps (if you choose to use the office products). That was a little disappointing. Other than that I love this little laptop. It has very good performance. It's not a gaming machine and I mainly purchased it to install software for my Amatuer radios and Scanners. No manufacturer makes that kind of software for a MAC unless you want to purchase the Win OS and install a partition on the MAC. I did that years ago to install WIN XP. The Win 11 OS costs more than this PC. For me its a great value and meets my needs.

Very convenient to carry around and good for internet surfing and some light office work

It’s absolutely perfect for me. Very cute, I love the rose gold color!! I do miss my number pad, but overall, I do really like this laptop.
