    When I researched this computer looking for a computer that had bluetooth capabilitites plus illuminated keyboard keys to my disappointment it did not through your website.

    I purchased this laptop 2/21 and it's now 11/21 and I have quickly come to regret buying this laptop. It does not have sufficient ram to run windows on it. At first you're thinking "oh I just have to run all of the windows updates and it'll run fine after I'm done with all of those". Well you would be wrong. 9 months after setting the laptop up I still click the Google Chrome icon and the laptop reacts like you tried to launch a space shuttle. It takes several minutes to load Google.com. If you run the task manager there are so many background programs working at the same time doing various checks and scans that the pc is unusable. I 100% regret this purchase and have spent $300 and do not have a functional pc. It makes me wonder if any amount of user testing or troubleshooting is done with these machines prior to selling to the public or they just don't care. BUYER BEWARE. You get what you pay for and in this case I got a cheap piece of garbage laptop that I cannot use for $300. Lesson learned. (by the way this review was done on my phone because the laptop couldn't handle loading bestbuy.com)
