Great computer easy and excellent to use. If your using this for something simple school work for example this is a nice starting computer for you.

Surprised by how fast it was. Works perfectly fine.

this laptop is amazing for what it does for the price. research the windows version before you purchase as this is a bare bones setup but that is what makes it so great. without the bloat of a typical windows installation this machine is fast. you can only run apps from the windows store and everything is held in the cloud but if you want something basic for email, web surfing, word and excel this will work very well. the white color looks modern and there is an hdmi port for connecting to AV equipment. good for an extra laptop around the house, for kids, grandparents, road warriors who don't want to carry around an expensive machine.

This laptop is a great value for the money. It is super light weight and has a long battery life. I have only had for a month, but it did shut off on me once for no reason, battery was fully charged, not sure why. It did restart fine. One note is that it did come pre-installed with Windows 10s, but an initial Windows update when you turn on the laptop for the first time installed Windows 11 for free. I wish I knew this prior to purchasing because that was one reason I almost didn’t buy this laptop.

This laptop was a great buy. It was lightweight and easy to carry. I took on a plane to NY state and it was easy to operate there. The price was right also. All around a good buy.

Very easy set up. Great for working at home and light enough to put in your bag and take on the go. Microsoft programs are free for the first month so that was a plus too. Overall really good laptop.

Great laptop. Although it’s refurbished, it acts like its brand new. Bought it for day trading but ended up liking it as an every day laptop.

Doesn't come with a disk drive and the screen cracks rather easily. Invest in a higher quality or be extremely careful when handling it. Screen has been broken twice in less than 6 months.

This is a excellent budget laptop if you just looking for a cheap computer for school I work from home 6 hours and the battery is amazing barley dies and lasts through the day I recommend it

Purchased this as my kids had taken over all the other laptops in the house for school. Was a toss up between this HP and a MacBook. Decided to save the extra cash and buy this instead. It’s absolutely perfect for my needs. Runs great have had no problems with it. Use it to complete some admin work, shop, pay bills. I have not streamed videos or use it for zoom calls so can’t attest to that. But for basic home use the price point is perfect.

The laptop is a great buy. Simple to use, light and a long battery life. The packaging did not come with any paperwork and I can not get a hold of anyone at Best Buy or HP to tell me how to activate my free 1 year of Office 365 :(

This was a gift for my granddaughter. She reports she is really enjoying it. I personally cannot vouch for battery life, display and speed since I have not used it.

laptop works great. Only wish is that the screen size was an inch or two larger for that same price. Otherwise, we are happy with this purchase. Windows 10 and Edge browser are much improved from the prior version.

Overall, a great computer for the lowest price. There are no bells and whistles on this device (the case is fully plastic, there is no backlight to the keyboard) but again the components are great and the machine works well for the $

Excellent computer. Easy to use, good monitor attached. Keyboard is dependable. We purchased this for our 13 year old daughter who is using the computer for school work and other activities. She is very pleased with the laptop.

I needed something fast! & this Hp laptop was amazing & very affordable. I love Hp as it is and this laptop has not given me any trouble at all. Let’s me get my work done. I recommend it.

It’s way better then I expect especially for the price I use it for video calls and it works amazingly plus very clear the battery can last through the day
