Just got it!! So far so good and if your looking for a computer for you or your kids it's a good one. We have another like this already.

I'm loving my new HP PC! Bought this black this time...bought gold 2 weeks ago! It's perfect for all my needs everyday! Perfect upgrade!

It works like it is suppose to. The price was good. My two complaints are these: The first one is that my computer came with an odor. I've had my computer for 10 days and the odor hasn't dissipated. This is suppose to be a new computer so I am not sure why it smells. I would return it but it is no longer available. Probably due to the holidays and I really needed my computer which is why I purchased one. My second complaint are the games. They have really nice games that are pre-installed or that can be downloaded. My complaint are the interruptions while playing the games with the advertisements. It does give me the option to upgrade to premium to not have the advertisements but that requires a payment. I already purchased the computer and I shouldn't have to pay extra not to have the advertisements. It's not a laptop that I can use to substantially work from home with but it does what I expected i.e. job search, email, games, music.

this was a good purchase for what its bought for. my sister is actually using it for cricut

I got this for my kids so they would stay off of my newest laptop. It's a really good value and is perfect for what they need it for.

For my purposes (retired, not interested in viewing movies or videos nor engaging in gaming etc and .online about one hour per day on average) this laptop is exceptional value, possessing very acceptable clarity, sound quality, speed, size and weight, considering it's price

Good value for the price. A little slow, but just fine for everyday use.

The HP 14 with Intel Celeron 4GB in golden rose is one of the best in its price class. The specs are great for everyday use and for school work for kids. HP has done a great job in outclassing the competition and has emerged as a price leader for value laptops. One thing HP can improve is its keyboard in this range.

I have two other laptops but I bought this laptop more for convenience and it met all my expectations.

Perfect computer for my little students. It is easy to use. It doesn't have much storage, but much of the assignments that they complete are done online. You must buy external storage such as a thumb drive if you want to save alot to this computer. But its great for my little 4th grade student.

Good quality and good programming for a not so expensive product

Love the laptop, got the snowflake white looks awesome. Easy to use, only negative is you have to make sure you turn off the Microsoft app, otherwise it won’t let you add any application that isn’t Microsoft’s. Tried to add my Norton virus protection and it wouldn’t let me, had to call Norton and them had me turn off Microsoft S .
