I bought this Laptop in hopes that it would be pretty good, considering it was a HP (I previously owned a HP that was good but it was a Desktop.) Anyway, I only used this Laptop maybe three times since I bought it and I am disappointed and unsatisfied with it's performance. It runs slow and freezes up often. I need a more reliable Laptop, so I will be returning this one. I ordered the Pale Gold one but maybe this was a sign because I REALLY wanted the pink one anyways, but they were sold out when I was ready to place my order....but now, they're back in stock. So yeah, maybe it's a sign. Lol

I am very pleased with this laptop. I was looking for something basic to replace an old desktop and that also wouldn't break the bank and this is just perfect. Very easy to get going and set up. I also love the white color. It definitely looks more expensive than it is.

Brought 2 for my kids for Christmas they love it. They haven’t stopped using it since they got it. They use it for everything.

A great little basic laptop...for internet/email and MS Office. Be careful not to load too many apps as the storage is minimal. We added a 64Gig thumb drive to hold any data files so we do not use any of the 64 gig hard drive.

Great laptop for the money and my use. I do not need a lot of storage space just good Wi-Fi access.

I just needed a laptop for class so I didn’t get anything too fancy. This is much better quality than I though it would be. Perfect size to fit in you bag or briefcase and has great features. I’d definitely recommend this laptop if you aren’t looking for anything too fancy but still want good quality.

Laptop is really reliable i got it for school and works great one charge can last a while. The only issue i had was trying to connect my email with the app it was giving me an error code even after checking for updates but definitely recommend it if your not trying to spend a lot of money on a laptop

Great laptop for the money. Didn’t want a chrome book, wanted a Windows laptop. Not the fastest in the world, but more than adequate for my needs; upgraded to the 15 month Office 365 for $69.00. Again, not for Hugh speed gaming, but more than adequate for me, once Windows loads from completely shut down.

Excellent product for kids to do school projects and reliable

Good for basic computing such as word processing. Hard to upgrade ram, because you will most likely crack the casing. This is great for students and those who do not do any sort of auto cad drafting or graphic design. Nevertheless, my fiance does a lot of crafting on her Cricut machine, and we had to switch out of S mode for her to use the Cricut with this computer. No worries, though, because the Cricut software did not slow down the computer's performance, and she did not experience any compatibility/communication issues with the Cricut machine. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who needs a computer just for typing up word documents and sending emails. The battery life is stellar and would work well for a college student taking notes in class and for research and writing. Great value for the cost.

This was a fabulous purchase. The price was astounding, and I compared several stores and none could match Best Buy. The laptop itself has many features the others didn't have and I am so happy. It is a beautiful rose gold and looks very expensive. It is a wonderful addition, thank you, Best Buy, I love it!

Great buy! The laptop works, we had to configure the basics but once the antivirus was activated, it began working great.

I like my laptop. It is serviceable as a laptop though I don't really get the s mode. t makes me quite nervous for my computer but for everything else it's pretty easy to use and I'm going to get my little sister the same laptop, so good buy.

Light weight and compact. Easy to use. Not costly.
