It's okay but had issues. First off it could not recognize a HDMI connection to my TV. I did check the connection in system but it would not connected. At tomes the computer would freeze, I only had the virus software installed and the drive was just under 1/2 full, so it wasn't overloaded. The resolution was not clear on the screen. I had to return the computer. Could be a bad board, I can't imagine all of these laptops being bad.

Great item for the price. Purchase this item to donate to student that are doing virtual school and they found to be a great computer.

I’m really loving my computer. My very first computer. Everything works really well. It does what I need it for… I’d recommend this laptop.

Good price and easy to set up. Bought additional Office suite. Perfect for internet, emailing and working with Office suite programs.

So far so good. First thing I did was switch off the S Mode. The main user of this is a 10 year old, who ruined my laptop with slime and 2 days later ramen noodles. I wasn't about to buy another high dollar laptop for her to use. The only thing I can say so far is the keyboard is loud/noisey. Now from the 10 yr she states on a scale from 1 - 10 most games perform at a 10, except Roblox she gives that an 8 because it starts laggy and is slower than the old laptop, and youtube is fine.

Great laptop. Keyboard is easy to type on. I like the look of my laptop. Described as pale gold but looks expensive. Easy to use setting up was a breeze.

Great personal laptop for the price. Works great for basic internet surfing and streaming media. Good bang for the buck.

The laptop arrived on time and did not have any damages. So far, so good with the laptop. It was a good price.

It was a gift for my daughter and she loved it and it works wonderfully and the price is great, I have another one of the same two years ago and it works very well

This product is worth the money. It came with windows 10 which is good. Some people don't like windows 10 but it's great. One thing I will never change and that is HP is an awesome product.

Love my computer!! I like that the size of the key pad it is easier to touch preventing me from making less mistakes when typing. Speed is great . I can get a lot done on it.

It does what I need it to do. Sometimes it seem to get stuck but it gets the job done. I would buy again. The Rose Gold is everything

For the price this is one of the best laptops we've had. Great for college or high school. Great bang for the buck!

This is a good computer for the price. I find it easy to use and I really like the size of it. I was surprised how light it is.

I bought this laptop to replace a Surface and I am extremely happy with it. It’s lightweight but powerful enough for everything I need it to do. All for a nice low price.

Not the most physically well built....feels kind of cheaply made, but performance wide, a fantastic value. Very sound machine.

This laptop is great when you need windows os. Since it's in S Mode, you can download apps from the Microsoft store. Portable and battery life is stellar.

My granddaughter loved it. It was a birthday present and also since she will be going back to school so it came in at a perfect time. The price was in my price range. Thank you.

Excellent laptop for the price. I bought it for my 6th Grade daughter. She is extremely happy. Light weight. Fast for her work. She uses it for multi purpose.
