Great for work!! I’ve had it for almost a month and there seems to be no problems. Would definitely recommend. Great buy, under $300!

I am VERY disappointed with the HP Snowflake White 4GB 14” Laptop. The caps locked button gets stuck often and takes a long time to get it to unlock. The mouse gets stuck and you can’t do work on it. I bought this for online classes ONLY and the memory was full after downloading Creative Cloud and some photographs. It is in S-mode and it is a joke that you you have to use Microsoft apps. I should of bought a better laptop. This is useless and causes stress when you need to submit material. Do not waste your money. Best Buy charges a restock FEE I heard if you return. I am unable to exchange or return cause it’s been too long. I am stuck with a laptop that does not work right and has many issues. This makes me not want to buy HP in the future cause this product has many problems.

I purchased this laptop for my first year college student, it works perfect so far. Its fast and reliable and downloads quickly.

I was very please with the HP 14" Laptop I purchased from Best Buy. The color 'Snowflake white' looks gorgeous! The performance thus far, is superb!

Great small computer. I love it. It was very easy to set up. I was able to transfer all my data from my other HP computer with ease.

I bought this for a small business operations so i didnt need much. It was a great price and works well for what i need it to do.

Overall a light use laptop best for kids. It looks very cute especially the eggshell white color.

So far so good for the price, lightweight and nice color. It’s for everyday tasks not the best quality but for the price it’s a good deal.

My daughter absolutely loves this computer. I got it for her as a Christmas present. For the price you can’t beat it

Computer works fine, although it does not have nearly the storage capacity I had hoped it had. Could be my own fault, could be the descriptions I read were not clear enough. That doesn't really matter. Was dissappointed that it lacks a CD drive, which I also did not find clear in the descriptions. Nonetheless it seems good so far and I was able to buy an external memory device to expand the storage capacity.

I love this computer! I bought it in rose gold for school and perfect! It’s light weight, easy to navigate and overall cute!
