Pleasantly Surprised!!

Bought this laptop for simple tasks as emails, web surfing, banking and online shopping and no issues with any of these. Took it a step further and downloaded Turbo Tax to do my 2020 taxes and encounter no performance issues in the download and execution of the SW. I have multiple windows open as the same time and am not having any performance issues. At a price point of $220.00, am totally pleased with this purchase!

I chose HP because for the last 6 or so years I've had an HP 4500 Envy Series printer that has served me well and more than paid for itself. And, too, I subscribe to the monthly fee for black and color ink cartridges; the happy result of that is I NEVER run out of ink. With those two great experiences in mind, I chose the HP 14" Laptop. And, with Geek Squad assistance we were able to get up and running without difficulty.
