Super slow/Lagging/Freezing not even minutes after

I wish I could stop people from buying this very particular laptop. It’s brand new but lags soooo much. I can’t even download something simple like a chrome browser or open a tab without it freezing and messing up. There’s an Asus laptop with pretty much the same specs and the exact same price at laptop that runs much better than this which I also have. Just avoid making this purchase. I would not recommend this whatsoever. I’m not a person to make a bad review but this couldn’t be helped. Getting this exchanged ASAP.

Light, Useful, and reasonably priced

The only issue I have with it - when it "falls asleep" and you subsequently awaken it, the pointer / touchpad no longer seems to be working. I've added a wireless mouse, and the problem has been solved. Light weight, plays Netflix, decent sound. Nice as a traveling notebook.
