    My product is awesome, I love this laptop it is very sleek I love the rose gold color & how easy the setup was!! The time it took to get to me was forever.. other than that I would definitely continue to do business at Best Buy and with HP as well.

    The laptop has proven functional and capable within the limits of its capacities. I was a bit disappointed it didn't have an optical drive, It looks good, but there is a sensory aspect... it just feels less substantial. That is about the only factor that kept me from rating with 5 stars.
