It's okay. Last minute buy. There are a few things that just doesn't work. There is also a area on the laptop that I can't click. I disliked having to go the extra mile just to get certain apps that I use on my laptop.

Works well, easy to carry around and take on the go

This is a very light laptop. I love it. It’s very nice but I had a problem with storage. I did purchase an SD card and use a flash but I wish I would have bought one with more storage. Doesn’t really hold much. I have very little downloaded and almost half storage is used. Other than that, it’s perfect.

I was looking for a cheap laptop that wasn’t a tablet for my wife to use for internet and some home office work. If that’s what you are looking to do this laptop won’t disappoint. wouldn’t expect it to do much more than that. The build quality and modern inputs exceeded my expectations and provide very good value.

Bothe this laptop' formy nephew he is using this for school . Its great for completing his homework and research assigment. He enjoys using his chrome book he's always on it

So far so good with this one. Hoping it last longer than the other one that i had for about 3 to 4 mos. I ugraded to the windows 11 with it as it said and it got worse and worse from that day forward . Lesson learned omg.

This is a good value laptop, I needed one for work and this was in my price-point. One thing I will say I’ve been pleased with HP’s customer support they’re very helpful when I’ve had to call them.

I bought this computer because we needed it for my niece for online school. We needed something that was basic, not too expensive but still do the job we needed it to do so this computer was perfect. It’s a bit slow but for what we need it’s great.

Item is working good thus far. At one time the computer did not turn on and the screen starting flashing out of control. I am not sure why a new computer would have that happen. Overall, I do like the HP computer products.

I was looking for something affordable and reliable. Once I spoke with a Best Buy representative and told them that I was a teacher and was looking for something with a webcam, they steered me in the right direction. Only had my laptop for a couple of weeks but it works great.

Great purchase. It allows me to work from home and gets the job done. I love how light weight it is and sleek. I wish the screen quality was better but for the price it’s an excellent purchase
