I was searching for an inexpensive laptop for basic daily personal use - this HP has turned out to provide even more use than I had anticipated and seems like a solid machine - only upgrade I made was replacing the 4 GB RAM card with an 8 GB one and it runs Windows 10 pretty smooth.

Small memories, but good for what I bought it for. My son used it for distance learning and now has to take to school and it works great. Not slow and no issues so far.

Best Buy is awesome!! It was simple to return a computer that wasn’t any good and they helped me find the perfect laptop for me plus I got a student discount. It was shipped and at my house 2 days later. Best experience I could’ve asked for and the Best Buy employees were so helpful

Such a great labtop for my kids to use for online school, switchwes between screens quickly. love all the options it has on it. saving passwords and such. The ease of this device has made mine and my kids life so much easier, thanks HP. would recommend if your on the fence!

So far, so good. This was an upgrade from a crappy Chromebook for my 8 year old daughter. The screen is large enough for her to see what she is doing. She loves it. Arrived fast and I'm so happy that it has been working great. Good deal.

Good for basic web browsing, response time is not great though. Very lightweight and stylish. Would recommend using a wireless mouse as the trackpad is easy to accidently click.

This was a gift for a friend going back to school. First she needed to learn to use it. Then she needs to get through the classes she is taking, seems to be going well. I would like to transfer geek scuad to her.

It has been good for our child's school needs. The only issue is camera sometimes freezes when using Microsoft Teams. Not sure if it's a team issue or the laptop, but at least my kid can take her classes and get her work done.

This little laptop is good for a beginner, not for someone with advanced knowledge. The ad did not say there was no keypad to the right, nor did it say no CD player. I would buy this for a beginner.

Love it!! Never buying big ticket items from Walmart again they lost it the one I bought it and come the money went back-and-forth finally came it’s just it was just a big nuisance the experience with Best Buy was 100% better Biggest problem was I paid for and they held my money for a long time

We bought this laptop for college for my daughter, beginning in the fall of 2021. We put it away since she was using a high school-issued laptop for that current school year. We finally opened it this week. it didn't come with a power supply. Now we need to buy one just to make sure it is up and running. I thought I would but online since COVID made it difficult at the time. This is the first purchase we have had a problem with from Best Buy. My son has a Best Buy account and I have seen a number of packages come to the house from them. Word to the wise, don't let that gift sit too long before opening

Best laptop ever. No negative remarks. I bought it for a work from home job. The only down fall is that it doesnt have a disk drive but that is ok. over all best experience with this laptop

Works as expected and for a decent price, one of the things that makes me comfortable buying electronics like this is the warranty best buy offers, that really can't be neat and makes the value so much more.

It’s pretty fast internet surfing but streaming it’s not the best. Large movies on Netflix it’s kinda laggy.... might return this item. It was a gift for my mom but idk might have to return. I guess the price reflects the quality

This is a great computer for an extremely fair price. We actually bought two of them, so we would have one as an extra when we travel. We've become big fans of Best Buy in the past few months. They have always had the products we need and couldn't find elsewhere.

This laptop was given to a student family member to use for virtual learning. The laptop worked well for accessing the schools virtual lessons. The memory storage was adequate to for storage of assignments at home .
