Got it for my daughter to do online school this year. Good machine for that. It’s able to keep up with the data and has good connection speed. It doesn’t have the bells and whistles but does very good for basic use.

It was a present, I have no idea how it is. It's an HP which is why I bought it. The only 2 laptops I would EVER consider buying are HP or Lenovo, which is IBM's generic computer. I've had both before and each lasted 10 years.

After starting to set up it kept referring me to a site in order to do corrections. The computer had 1600 errors in it. The company name was Adv Soft LLC and I ended up paying &129.99 to get the computer corrected and working so I could finish my work. So if you really want to know how I feel...I am unhappy totally with the computer but I am stuck with it because all my personal info is in it and I have work to do. I cant download the virus protection because it will not accept the serial number on the box. I will never buy ANYTHING from Best Buy again.

I’m a sophomore in college with 4 courses! This was a very good investment for my money. Enough space for my work & runs pretty smooth. It came with one year of free Microsoft office. I love it! The screen is pretty clear as well!

The computer is great, haven’t experienced any issues as of yet just wish it was bigger the rose gold color unfortunately was not offered in a bigger screen.

This laptop is a great standard computer. The battery life is amazing it last a really long time. I use it for school and the speed is great it's not slow and all apps work perfect on it.

Really love this laptop. Its not to heavy or too light. The only thing i dont like is not being able to download all my favorite apps because windows doesnt support them.

If you are looking for a computer that needs very little memory this is it. It works great for the simple task we use it for. Chrome book would not work because of the software we use.

Backlight for the screen went out with just one fall.

it's build quality felt comfortably "retro" to me, reminding me of my very first budget computers. It's a far cry from the more expensive laptops I've used. By default it runs in Windows S. You'll have to do some extra research to find out what that means, how you can shift to the full version of Windows, and *whether* you should. If you do, I'm sure the machine will feel much slower. *Maybe* it's the device for you if all you need is a Microsoft Office machine (to run Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). I got it for my mom, and it still had the complexity of windows, while still being restrictive (you can't install just any software from the internet). Ultimately, for her, I got her a more expensive Chromebook. That also limits what the user can do, but in return is simpler to use. You're basically trading out the Microsoft Outlook/Word ecosystem for Google's Gmail/Docs. I think this machine will lose you money in the long run, because it'll just convince you to buy a non-Windows computer in the future. You'll end up paying 3 times as much for an Apple computer, instead of 2 times as much for a better Windows computer. I personally do a lot of work (writing and browsing) on android phones or tablets. I use them with a mobile stand, blue-tooth mouse, and blue-tooth keyboard. This set up looks cool, is mobile, modular, and you can upgrade different parts of it at different times, or get multiple uses out of each device. I know this last bit of advice seems complicated, but I don't think it's *more* complicated than using this Windows S machine.

This laptop is no good I use for 3 days then I try to use again for the next day is not working at all I’m not recommending for family and friends

This 14" HP Laptop is perfect for my needs at this time and the Rose Gold color is AWESOME! My favorite color! It loads quickly, the display is crisp and clear; when I forget to plug it in it doesn't instantly die on me.

I haven't had this laptop for a month yet and so far I am enjoying it. It works much better than the Lenovo Chromebook I previously had. Still adjusting to the different features but so far, so good. Appears to be good quality for the price

The Spanish Support was very poor. We requested at the Store a Spanish Support, and the Attendee don't like respond our questions about the Chip Laptop. Was self-support by me.

So far seems like a good purchase. Had issue right at first with not charging but called the Help number and they walked me through a couple of steps and has been charging just fine since then

When first seen a display demo for this product I thought it would be perfect for my daughter that is in junior high. The only down fall is it is not touch screen, which still is not bad for the cost amount purchased.

I love my laptop but it took almost a month to receive due to being sold out and on the back order I was afraid they wasn’t gonna get any more in stock but they did and sent it right on .

This is the best birthday present I could have bought my self. This lab top is amazing. It works so good i never have had any issues with it is teaching me new things. I can be on this Hp Laptop all night and still find stuff to keep me busy.

Like the laptop and your service and shipping was great. However, I do not like the Microsoft 365. Can you cancel that and digitally remove it from my laptop? Thanks. Wayland Kirkland.

Overall a good experience. Fast boot up time, responsive, easy to navigate. Good battery life. Camera and mic work good on Zoom. The negative would be Windows S and its restrictions.
