Great quality and excellent laptop It’s fast and very easy to use

Great little lap top for travel , works great . I use mainly to pay bills and check balances while away from home , send some e mails too . I am very happy with it.

Very portable and light. Uses up battery charge quickly. No DVD port..that is disappointing.

I love the color! This PC is just what I needed. I mainly use it for writing, storing files, so I don't need a lot of memory. It's lightweight and easy to carry around. The touchpad doesn't have separate buttons for left and right clicks, which I was accustomed to on my old computer. Also the letters on the keys are very light, hard to see in certain light. Still, a great computer for the price!

I bought this laptop almost a month ago, and I’m so happy i did. I am a full time online college student and a mother of 5, 4 of my children are hybrid learning.. needless to say I am online a lot and before this I struggled to find a reliable dependable laptop. The battery life is wonderful,it’s fast runs smooth and even came with a free limited time antivirus program.

This is perfect for distance learning. This is strictly for school. Do not think that the kids will be able to play games.

Always reliable HP laptop for remote work. Lightweight

First I love the color of the laptop, blur is my favorite color. This laptop is very fast and I just surf the web and do Word and Excel docs. I have not had any trouble with the laptop. And I love how it has an HDMI port so I can plug in to my 40 inch wide monitor. It is a great laptop for a kid that is starting out on how computers work and stuff. Highly recommend it.

I was in the electronic department in Target searching for a laptop to purchase for my 16 yr olds birthday. I was moving him from a Chromebook to a regular laptop and I said to myself check BestBuy.com. There us where I saw this beautiful laptop. So I left Target and immediately ran 3 stores down and walked into Best Buy. The laptop was beautiful and so smooth. The keys are a texture that gives your finger a relaxing feeling while typing and it's so beautiful. I had recently purchased a 15 inch silver HP laptop for myself and I was really thinking about giving my son that one and keeping this white one for myself lol. It's a great computer and we took it out if S-mode. It comes with a 1 yr free subscription of Microsoft office and 2 weeks ago I updated it to Windows 11 for him. It gives him more options than a Chromebook and he plays his Roblox on it as well as school work etc. I live HP computers. I have and all-in-one HP Desktop also. But this beauty takes the cake. I trust buying my family electronics from Best Buy because I know it will be a good quality and affordable purchase. Purchase this as gift for yourself or someone else. It is a beautiful true to standard HP and Best Buy purchase.

Great basic machine for email, surfing. Zoom, etc. At $250 it's everything you could ask for in an easy-to-use lightweight package.
