Slowwwwww. This product is terrible. I'm simply using it to browse the internet and I'd rather use my phone. Cheapest product on the shelf. You get what you pay for, I suppose. If creating a word doc, I'd rather use stone and chisel.

I needed a laptop that was inexpensive and reliable for college. This laptop is that and more. It has a sleek design making it lightweight and easy to carry. I am able to complete my work with the competent hardware qualities. I love my laptop and ordering online to pickup at my local store was a breeze!

It is great I think it would be used for minor things but definitely not gaming

It’s a good computer cause it’s brand new right out the box and though Best Buy is one of the greatest companies to buy electronics from, to me in my opinion Hewlett-Packard brands are not as good as they use to be . Sometimes I have trouble connecting to WiFi or the computer acts like it has a mind if it’s own lol but I really I am satisfied with my purchase for the price I was able to buy it at

It works but doesnt always turn on. It is slim and sleak and easy to navigate in windows. Very light weight!

Its fine for the price. It does lag a bit and takes a whto load. At times the screen will freeze.

The computer is extremely slow. I can’t get work done at all and I just got it. I was really excited to buy this computer as it would be my own and I got it at a decent price but I’m highly dissatisfied. I needed the computer for school next year and now I can’t even use it because it doesn’t work properly. Sometimes it doesn’t turn on, it doesn’t open apps when I press on them or it will completely close me out of the app as I’m trying to work on school work.

I am having difficulty adding software. The administrator settings from the factory need to be changed.

This is a great little laptop, good basic functionality and speed is great on the internet.

Great laptop , it gets the school work done . I pretty much take my laptop everywhere with me for school and work and even catching up on my shows .

It works but it doesn’t have much storage on it and it came with directions and told me it was touch screen but it’s not if you are looking for a gaming computer this is not it unless you buy more storage for almost a 100 dollar or get a hard drive for your computer even the extra stuff that comes with it is not free it asks for you to pay for it on the computer

It’s still up and running, after over a year of use. Overall I can’t say that I’ve had any issues with the laptop
