I LIKE THE COLOR AND SIZE. THE FACT THAT IT HAS WINDOWS 11 IS AN UPGRADE FROM MY OLD ONE. IT WAS EASY TO SET UP AND TRANSFERED ALL OF HER CONTACTS, PICTURES, AND SO FORTH THROUGH GOOGLE ACCOUNT.

It's dependable and I would recommend!! Great for a fist time student taking in person classes!!

Beautiful Color - Just moves very slow

But the only thing that was wrong is the lag of the laptop it moved sooo slow and I tried to do an update and the software kept failing so I just gave up and I’m returning laptop.

I love this laptop and the price wasn't bad either it was just what i needed for school. After buying mine went and purchased one for my sister since she was in need of a new laptop.

I've always liked HPs - I find them to be reliable, easy to set up and use. A good system. Should have gotten a touch screen, but it's really ok for her to suffer with only having a mousepad ;-).

She loves how it is small enough for her to use for her school studies but also how she can play the cool card games on it. It has the amount of memory she needs for her papers and other school lessons.
