I'm not to excited about this laptop. The screen is very easy to break. Please take this into consideration. As well when I received my order I'm still waiting for the sux months security that came with it as well the fifteen month Microsoft 365 program that came with it . I don't know what other to do them bring it to the main people's I guess. All in all, the customer service people are very nice though.

Great laptop for school or any other minor things. If there is a need for space, just buy a flash drive or a hard drive.

Very very slow honestly would not recommend cant even load a youtube video takes forever

Right out of the box, the computer is so slow I can’t even open up the internet browser!!!

It is a good machine for the price you pay, the only defect it has is that the screen hurts your eyesight, which is why I returned it.

Super slow and it has trouble performing basic tasks due to the lack of RAM and a fairly crappy CPU. No apps even running on the computer, my CPU and RAM are already at almost 100%. I plan on returning and looking elsewhere

I returned this product because it didn’t make my needs for my collars courses and it was somewhat slow.

Wicked slow and insanely painful to use. Dont waste your money on this trash, buy something else and save your sanity.

I thought this computer would run faster and not freeze up. No sir. It would freeze up every 15 minutes it seems like.

It’s ok it blacks out when there’s too much going on, it’s slow, and a lot of things don’t work like downloading files that aren’t in the store.

I hate it. Moves extremely slow. Pages never load. It freezes up. I will be returning asap

Bought graduation gift for nephew. The blue laptop looks so good. He loved it. My boyfriend bought my the snowflake white one and I love it. So I knew this was a great buy for him since he is starting college. It was easy to zoom call easy, check emails, do my taxes, do my school work and print all my stuff.

Bought a HP laptop that Had issues, not working, so I called Best Buy & made apointment. Brought my laptop on time 10:40, it took 2 geeks an hour & 1/2 to get it working. I wanted to return it, thisnew laptop & was told I can't return it at BB, I have to call a # for return info. BB charged me $50 for Geek squad fee I wasn' told that when I made apointment. I'm soooo disapointed in Best Buy!
