I did not like this computer. It took forever to download items. I had a hard time syncing a mouse to it. I usually like HP but I kind of changed my mind since I bought this computer. It was a good price but it didn’t do anything that I needed. I didn’t think the picture was that great either.

It's a beautiful paperweight! It has not worked from day 1. I have not been able to use it as the startup will never complete. I tried to exchange but nothing! Waste of time and money. I'm sure it's just this one unit but it's the one i paid for and it does not and has not worked!

Purchase this laptop for my twin nieces who left for college and both have have said it works great does more than enough for school work and for free time on the web. I was worried about memory storage but they have informed me it hasn’t beed an issue. I did also purchase it for a GREAT price it was on sale, so with that being said I’m happy with my purchase.

Not what I expected. I needed a laptop as a backup to my Apple MacBook Pro. I figured, hey this should work for Word, email, cerfing. Probably, but I'm so used to the intuitive Apple that six steps to do one thing made me crazy. And way too much learning curve to "just simply" click or move or touch etc for me. Plusses: It seems faster than I was told it would be (but then again, it's brand new) and battery seemed to last ... good screen and brightness.

Not the best laptop but it gets the job done. Was recommended by Best Buy employee

Super slow. Couldn't do anything. My child couldn't use it.

It a ok for basic use , but usage is sluggish. Not something I would buy again.

Although it was certified by Best Buy I wish I didn’t buy it. Computer constantly cuts off while I’m working on it. I bought it on the 2 of August haven’t had a chance to open and set it up until today which is the 21st of August and what I can’t return it. My 1st of using it and it shuts off every 10/15 minutes. Throughly disappointed.

I would give it 0 stars if I had the option. This is the worst laptop I ever had. Can’t event open up a web browser or even so much as an app. Internet connection was the worst

Did not like this particular laptop. It is too heavy. I returned it for MS Surface laptop.

Works ok for most apps. But strobes on all pages with Big Fish Game Forest's Gummy Drop game.

Godawful performance. Can’t even sit in Discord calls. Barely able to browse the internet.

Laptop sucks. Bought it for Work could not get it to connect to Wi-Fi in three different locations. Did not know that it’s 15 days to return it. Everybody else is 30. Plus, I work out of town and it’s secluded area where I am nowhere around any type of stores.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. It never worked. I reset it twice, thinking it started with a bug/ malware, because is was unbearably slow. It’s slower than my desktop of over 10 years ago, and that desktop is at the brim with its memory filled. Every time I checked the storage it claimed it was at full capacity- with nothing installed.

I'm still not certain if I will keep this computer. It's Internet speed is not as good as it could be and it's hard to update it and that's even hard. I don't know if it's the computer or my apartment. My other computers could handle my Internet, so I am guessing it's this computer.

Glitches / SLOWWW Yeah it’s cheap and it should be cheaper !
