Not bad for this price. But Windows 10 "S" doesen't allowed you to to install you any software or apps except Microsoft's made. So better to reset it to Windows 10 from the very beginning. Also no Hello sign in, because of the poor camera. Good for your kid to take with to the school)

This small laptop is perfect for my needs. I have an old HP laptop which is Microsoft's 8. I find this new one with Microsoft 10 quite a bit different but easy enough to adapt to. There is no right-side number keypad. I use the mouse on the pad which takes some getting used to as it does not have the right and left keys. The price was super and the white color is desirable. I did not need the Office which is included so I have not opened it up. I just email and pick up news, along with Youtube videos from time to time. This is lightweight which I love as I carry it around the apartment at times.

What more could a customer ask than to get a great laptop and a tremendous discount? Best Buy has among the "best" sales going for nearly all their items and I appreciate that these sales include the better products. My laptop is a great upgrade to my former one and I know that it will be backed by Best Buy's customer service. Very Pleased.

This is hands down the best computer I have ever purchased. It has great speed and it allows me to navigate through google chrome, Microsoft excel, and Microsoft word with ease. I love this computer.

Bought two of these laptops for two of my grandchildren for school. These laptops have been very effective for them accomplishing their school tasks. The laptops are reliable and have been without any type of issues. I have always been a fan of HP and I am once again impressed with their fine performance.

Easy to setup and use for my office needs when I need it.

I'm a pro photographer and originally bought some of these little HP's to replace aging windows tablets, as they are used as viewing stations for my customers to buy their photos at events. a couple of years ago, one of my big laptops quit, and we networked one of the little HP's to the party and used it to sort & drag images from laptop A to laptop C and it was a great little workhorse. There's not a ton of storage or RAM ... these are great for surfing the net and checking email, or, like I use them ... I now have 8 and love them all

Nice machine. For a windows machine it's easy to use.

Enough CPU and RAM to run things like Chrome, Word, etc. Big screen with nice color. Really like the Rose Gold color that stands out from ordinary white or black laptops. Price is also a good deal.

I purchased this HP laptop, to replace my old one. I brought it home, it was lighter in weight, and smaller than I imagine. This is a great computer for someone however, it wasn't great for me. I returned and purchased another HP laptop.

It seems to be a good laptop. It will take some getting use to. Using a keypad on a desktop is a little different than on a laptop. I got this laptop for my husband and he seems to be enjoying it. He would have like for it to be larger but he likes it.
