Bought this as an entry level laptop for a friend. Very easy to setup. Purchased the Microsoft 365 along with the laptop which added the needed software for documents and spreadsheets. This is not a real powerful computer but is great for WiFi surfing, documents, music listening.

This is a decent laptop for the price if you only need to use Internet-based applications. Our staff loved the weight and build quality. The battery life is surprisingly good for such a low end model.

It works like it is suppose to. The price was good. My two complaints are these: The first one is that my computer came with an odor. I've had my computer for 10 days and the odor hasn't dissipated. This is suppose to be a new computer so I am not sure why it smells. I would return it but it is no longer available. Probably due to the holidays and I really needed my computer which is why I purchased one. My second complaint are the games. They have really nice games that are pre-installed or that can be downloaded. My complaint are the interruptions while playing the games with the advertisements. It does give me the option to upgrade to premium to not have the advertisements but that requires a payment. I already purchased the computer and I shouldn't have to pay extra not to have the advertisements. It's not a laptop that I can use to substantially work from home with but it does what I expected i.e. job search, email, games, music.
