It's nice, but a lot of the updates takes so much space and you end up with a small storage, it's fast sometimes. I wanted this computer to have an usb port on the left side and a sd card slot on the right side too, or a dvd port with more storange too.

Worked great when I first got it but now everytime I close the computer it turns off instead of going into sleep mode and I have to reboot. In addition, the time is incorrect when it comes back on so you have to update before using due to security reasons. These issues maybe fixed via settings and trouble shooting so I'm not knocking the quality of the laptop just yet.

Bought this for my daughter to play roblox on. She loves it. Easy to pack and easy to use. She is able to play all sorts of games with ease

Not as slow as I thought it would be. It's nice and lightweight, and the build quality is better than you would expect from a laptop in this price range.

This works just fine for what I am using it for. It is not hot to the touch when using it and it's efficient at carrying out the tasks I wanted to do on the computer. One thing I noticed is that the specs said it had Windows 11 and mine did not. But the Windows 11 upgrade worked just fine from the Microsoft site despite it taking a long time. You should remove the computer from S mode in the MS Store before upgrading to Windows 11. The one year of Office was a plus too and was added to my Microsoft Account. Overall a good value during Best Buy's BF Sale.

Bought this for my middle school nephew. It is pretty fast for regular tasks, homework and web surfing. For the price is a great deal.

Works great! It allows me to do my homework for school and allows me to stream with ease. If you don't do the Windows updates it does slow down but if you keep up with updates and take care of this laptop it works smoothly. I also like the cool aesthetic this laptop gives off. I have always been a fan of HP and I am glad to say I still am after this purchase. *TIP* Make sure to be patient when turning on the laptop. It turns on fast but it does not have a light indicating it is turning on. Just click it once and it should turn on. Please do not spam the button.
