I haven’t had any issues with the laptop but the quality seems to be mediocre. I can’t complain considering the cost.

Nice and affordable laptop. Have been using for simple filing purposes and it works well. Definitely not a high performing laptop, but you can’t beat the price.

Computer is just fine. I should have thought a little longer before purchashing as I miss having a numeric key pad

Exactly what I needed for college classes. It’s pretty fast too. This new computers have Cortana so once you start it up Cortana guides you through the set up.

This laptop is great for casual use, like school work or if you want to play some smaller games. However, it has trouble handling larger games. I have one 2 GB game and if I want to play it I have to close every other app I have open. That's the only problem I've had with it so far, but the laptop's so cheap there's really no point in complaining about it too much. Good for someone's first laptop or a kid that's doing online schooling!

Very happy with my purchase. Only downside is the small amount of memory. Easily accommodated with a jump drive or external hard drive.

I love i. I didn't think I wanted it I Snowflake, but it's perfect. Very lightweight and pure as driven snow..lhwnce the name. It boots right up and runs perfect.

Everything is good. We find that this computer meets our basic needs. Also easy to use and take care of.

Although the data from my old computer hasn't yet been transferred, I'm currently using my new HP laptop to view YouTube videos on the 23" monitor I purchased to go with it and on my 42" flat screen TV. The picture is the clearest I've yet seen on any previous computer I've used, sharp in detail and a joy to watch. The ports are exactly what I needed and the keyboard seems larger than that of my previous laptop, which also had a 14" monitor. I'm quite pleased.
