    Complete junk! The speed of a dialup. Update setting set to delay and update will take over your computer in the midst of a project. Went in to settings to try to avoid the disruption and it can’t be overridden.

    This is an Open Box purchase I had difficulty loading new aps. I had to it back to get Geek Sqad to download my printer driver. But I did like it enough to exchange it for a new on. Best Buy has been very helpful with all the issues. Good laptop for price

    This laptop has issues just doing the most basic of tasks. I bought 2 of these and replaced the RAM on both of them and still stutters like a mf. I bought a 2nd one to replace the first one because I assumed it was the storage was the issue, but that wasn’t the case. The problem was RAM and thankfully this laptop is upgradable.

    I hate to leave reviews but I have set up many laptops. This one was by far the most confusing to do. Then once set up it was slow, crashed and would update mid task. This was the slowest laptop I’ve ever used in life. I returned it and was told that the gigs for this laptop was the reason why. If you don’t mind a slow laptop that crashes and restarts in the middle of your tasks go right ahead. Otherwise look for something else.
