I bought this as an open box (excellent) item. Meaning it is in excellent condition, will include packaging and accessories. And
you gt charged more for this condition. All I got was the Chromebook in a bubble wrap envelope and no charger. Trying to get support online is next to impossible so I will more than likely return this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It’s good for the price. I would recommend for children especially in virtual school. That’s why i bought it for my grandson. He likes it. It definitely worked better since its a touch screen and backlit keyboard. Keyboard lighting is great too. You can actually see the light even laying down with it on your chest, being lazy.
