Great Speedy Laptop. Very clean like new refurbished item. Came with a webcam and backlit keyboard.

If you need a good price for good quality this might be the one. The i5 processor has a good speed for both grinding on a paper or math homework. Then.. if you need a break switch to the youtube tab lol. Nice to have a 1 year warranty, and tech support. Helps in a long run.

I was in need of a newer laptop an I was looking every where for an new or refurbished laptop . My son inlaw found this one on the Best Buy web page an I marked it an contued to look around an finally came back to this one , Ordered it an Geek Squad got my stuff transferred for me ! This works really well the processor is quick. The only concern after 2 months of use is it continually looses wifi connection while other 3 lower end laptops stay connected which is tough when doing online classes and website goes to white page due to no connection....

I use this computer as a backup to my desktop and also for traveling. It's for both work and recreation and has proven to be reliable. Well worth the price.

I bought Microsoft office to download on my laptop and I am not able to down load anything on this laptop. Every time I tried to use Microsoft Word the screen goes grey and blank. I am taking this back to Best Buy and either getting my money back or will have it replaced

This laptop is very user friendly. It has a nice keyboard and laptop looks nice overall.

Pull it from the charger and sit down cost me 4 percent in battery life! By the time I browser the web, I'm out 15%. Everything else is great, but the battery is horrible.

I got this laptop for work. It had all the minimum requirements needed, plus more! The price was a great steal that couldn't be beat. So far, so good. I'd definitely recommend this for someone who needs an affordable laptop, with up to date functions.
